Key Stone OEM Parts is dedicated to providing quality OEM auto parts and outstanding customer service. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below for important information and return instructions.

How to Process a Return:

1. Request a Return Authorization (RA) Number

To initiate a return, please contact the Key Stone OEM Parts Customer Support team by emailing infot@truefitautoparts.us. Include your order number, contact information, vehicle details (if applicable), and the reason for your return. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number along with detailed return instructions.

Please note: Returns sent without a valid Return Authorization (RA) Number may be delayed or refused. We recommend contacting our support team before returning any item to ensure the return process is handled quickly and efficiently.

2. Prepare the Item for Return
Package the item securely in its original condition and, if available, include all accessories, manuals, hardware, and any documentation that was included with your order. Proper packaging helps prevent damage during return shipping.

3. Ship the Item
Clearly write the Return Authorization (RA) Number on the outside of the package and ship it to the return address provided by our customer support team. Unless the return is due to an incorrect shipment, defective product, or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds:

After your returned item is received, it will undergo a quality inspection to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements. Once the inspection is complete, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the credit to appear on your account.

Shipping:

Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged or Faulty Products:

  • Report the Issue Promptly: Please notify Key Stone OEM Parts within 30 days of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • Provide Supporting Documentation: To help us process your claim quickly, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective part and its packaging.
  • Replacement or Refund: After reviewing and verifying your claim, we will arrange a replacement part or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you if the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or shipped in error.

Non-Returnable Items

For quality assurance and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  1. Parts that have been damaged due to improper installation, misuse, neglect, modification, or unauthorized repairs.
  2. Electrical and electronic components, unless they are verified to be defective upon inspection.
  3. Custom, special-order, or non-stock parts that were ordered specifically to meet your request.
  4. Parts that have been altered, disassembled, or show signs of excessive wear or use.
  5. Items returned without a valid Return Authorization (RA) Number, where required.

Please Note: If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact our Customer Support team before returning the part. We will be happy to review your request and assist you with the return process.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they enter processing or shipping. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer available, and any return will be handled according to our Returns Policy.
